The Services are provided in accordance with our general Terms of Service. All of our general Terms of Service apply to the Services, except in the case of a conflict, in which case the terms hereof shall govern. 1. Appointment
You hereby expressly authorize and appoint GovSwift to act as your authorized agent and representative in managing all communications and documents communicated to or from GovSwift with USDS related to your application. This authorization includes, without limitation:
• Receiving and reviewing all communications from USDS directed to you or your application
• Responding on your behalf to inquiries, requests for information or documentation
• Submitting supplemental materials, corrections, or follow-up information as needed
• Managing communications concerning your application
GovSwift manages communications on your behalf to ensure an efficient application experience. You acknowledge that all communications between government agencies and GovSwift regarding your application are made with your express authorization and consent. You may revoke this authorization at any time by providing notice to:
https://govswift.com/contact-us/. Revocation may require abandonment of your current application or transfer to a less efficient processing method.
2. GovSwift Responsibilities
GovSwift will keep you informed throughout the process by providing you with updates concerning:
- Communications received from USDS at your Services Address
- Responses sent on your behalf from your Services Address
- Status updates, requests for action, or changes to your application
- Outcomes and decisions communicated by USDS
GovSwift may use artificial intelligence (“AI”) in providing the Services.
You acknowledge that AI may provide suggestions or responses that are not appropriate or correct, that the final decisions are always in your discretion, and you agree that GovSwift is not liable for the functioning of AI technology. While AI can help streamline the process, it is not authoritative and if you ever feel uncertain or have questions, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to reach out and work with human representatives in preparing your applications.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship
GovSwift is not a lawyer and does not provide legal advice. You acknowledge that GovSwift’s role as your agent is clerical and administrative in nature and does not constitute legal representation or create an attorney-client relationship.
You acknowledge and agree that GovSwift acts solely as a facilitator and agent. GovSwift does not have authority or influence over any government decision-making process and cannot guarantee any application outcome.
4. Limitations
GovSwift is not responsible for delays, losses, rejections, or other issues resulting from third-party couriers, government agencies, or from inaccuracies, omissions, or incomplete information provided by you. You agree to double check your application information and understand that GovSwift is not responsible for any processing delays or denials resulting from incorrect information.
All approvals are made solely by USDS, and your use of GovSwift Services does not imply or create any guarantee.
Without limitation, GovSwift is not responsible for:
- Delays or denials resulting from government agency volume or closures
- Courier or mail delivery failures, delays, or loss
- Changes in government policies or requirements
- Errors or inaccuracies in information or documentation you provide
- Missed travel, appointment, or legal deadlines
- Incomplete applications resulting from unsubmitted information, forms, or documents
- Acts of God, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
You acknowledge and agree that GovSwift’s responsibility is strictly limited to the Services expressly provided and that all other risks remain with you.
