We appreciate the trust you placed in us. If you’re ready to part ways, our Digital Eraser process ensures your personal footprint is scrubbed from our systems with total transparency.
What’s Being Erased?
When you submit this request, we target the following data:
- Identity Markers: Your full name, aliases, and contact info.
- Media Vault: Every photo and document scan you’ve uploaded.
- Form History: All data entered into our passport or application modules.
- Communication: Your support tickets and email history.
The Cleanup Timeline
- Submit: Tell us which email address to scrub.
- Authenticate: Click the "Confirm Deletion" link sent to your inbox.
- Process: Our "Eraser" script runs through our databases (takes up to 15 days).
- Completion: Your data is gone forever.
Once the 15-day processing window closes, your data is unrecoverable. Even our engineers won’t be able to get it back. To stay compliant with federal laws, we may retain “skeleton” records (like a transaction ID) without any of your personal details attached.
